You are just a chop and an air fry away from creating these quick and easy potato chips. With multiple seasoning options from salt and pepper, to garlic or paprika spiced, they’re a great option for a side dish to accompany a variety of meals. We’ve teamed up with Stokes for an added delicious dollop of their juicy Mediterranean tomato sauce- a match made in heaven!

INGREDIENTS
- 2x Fairfields Farm Potatoes
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Stokes Real Tomato Ketchup
1. Cut the potatoes into 1cm thick chips. Next, soak your chips in water for 30 minutes. This helps to wash off excess starch and give them that crispy finish. Then drain them and pat dry with a tea towel or some kitchen roll.
2. Add chips to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika and add a drizzle of oil. Mix together to make sure each potato chip is covered and so you get maximum flavour.
3. Air fry the chips for 20 minutes at 200ºC until crispy and golden. The paprika adds a wonderful orange coating and a mild spiced flavour to the chips, which look and taste great alongside your favourite dish. Add a dollop of ketchup for dipping and enjoy!
