Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Potatoes
Because of their limited shelf life, we do not accept returns for potatoes. However, if you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a product quality concern or an incorrect item being delivered, please email hello@fairfieldsfarmcrisps.co.uk within 14 days of receipt, including your name, order number and picture evidence.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds if the customer has received their order in full and according to their initial order, unless there is an accepted quality or product concern. Please email hello@fairfieldsfarmcrisps.co.uk within 14 days of receipt, including picture evidence if necessary, your order number, name and a brief description of your concerns. In rare instances, we may require a return in order to investigate concerns thoroughly before deciding whether a refund is warranted. In these instances, a return label will be provided to you and the return will be at no cost to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
