Rich and smoky with a sweet, tangy tomato twist, Cajun Barbecue combines paprika, garlic, onion and black pepper with a gentle Cajun kick and a deliciously peppery finish. It’s a bold new take on our award-winning handcooked crisps and one that’s made for sharing in 150g bags.

A flavour chosen by crisp lovers
Our Cajun Barbecue flavour was created with the help of our Secret Crisp Committee - a group of crisp fans from across the UK who helped us choose our summer 2026 limited edition flavour.
More than 1,000 people applied to join the committee. Our chosen crisp lovers received mystery flavours at home, then tasted, reviewed and voted for their favourite.
After plenty of crunching and careful deliberation, the smoky barbecue-inspired recipe came out on top. Early tasters loved its “really strong flavour”, “smoky, tomato warmth” and “excellent crunch and texture.”
From our farm to your bowl
Just like the rest of the Fairfields Farm range, these crisps are made with care right here on our farm in Essex. We grow our own potatoes, then cook, season and pack them on-site, helping us deliver the quality and freshness you expect in every pack.
