TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The promoter is: Fairfields Farm Produce Ltd (company no. 8860351) whose registered office is at Fordham Road, Wormingford, Colchester CO6 3AQ
2. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and all entries will need to be aged 18 years or over to enter the competition. Employees of Fairfield Farm Produce Ltd, close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation, concerned properties or judging of the competition are unable to enter.
3. The competition will close at 11.59pm on 15th February 2026.
4. Entry is via webform hosted here for the duration of the competition.
5. 10 members will be selected and will receive:
-- An official Secret Crisp Committee box of unreleased crisp flavour samples with QR codes attached to feedback on each flavour
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. 10 members will be chosen from all unique entries received and verified by the promoter.
11. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date via email. If any of the winners cannot be contacted or do not accept within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoter will notify the winning members of delivery date, no later than 14 days after the receipt of delivery details.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Allergy information is collected solely for safety reasons and will only be accessed by those who need it to manage tasting samples.
If you are selected as a committee member, your crisp tasting feedback may be analysed and used to help us decide on our next summer flavour. This feedback will be used in aggregate and will not be publicly linked to you without your permission.
