TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The promoter is: Fairfields Farm Produce Ltd (company no. 08860351) whose registered office is at Fordham Road, Wormingford, Colchester CO6 3AQ
2. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Fairfield Farm Produce Ltd, Air Ambulances UK, close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation, concerned properties or judging of the competition.
3. The competition will open at 12pm on 10th December and close at 11.59pm on 14th December 2025.
4. Entry is via webform, hosted here for the duration of the competition. Or via our Instagram page post.
5. The prize is:
- A tour around an Air Ambulance base from the list below, the winner can bring up to 3 additional guests on the tour:
- Yorkshire Air Ambulance – Nostell Base
- Great North Air Ambulance Service – Either Teesside or Penrith bases
- Magpas Air Ambulance
- East Anglian Air Ambulance
- Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust

— Up to £200 in travel expenses will be reimbursed upon provision of valid receipts and completion of the tour. No change will be given for claims below this amount.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. Winners will be chosen at random from all unique entries received and verified by the promoter on 18th December.
11. The winner will be notified by email or Instagram within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoter will notify the winner of the delivery date, no later than 14 days after the receipt of delivery details.
13. Up to £200 in travel expenses will be reimbursed upon provision of full, valid receipts dated in accordance with completion of the tour. Only expenses supported by receipts matching the tour date will be eligible for reimbursement. This includes: public transport fares, fuel per mileage or taxi fares. This does not include subsidence. Expenses exceeding £200 or not supported by valid receipts remain the responsibility of the winner. Payment will be made via bank transfer from Fairfields Farm to the winner once travel receipts are validated. No change will be given for claims below this amount. 14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
16. The winner will need to confirm their choice of Air Ambulance base location from the list in section 5. We will provide an Air Ambulance contact email to organise a date convenient to attend for the winner and airbase. The winner will be able to bring up to 3 additional guests along to the tour.

18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
