The Fairfields Farm subscription service is a flexible and hassle-free way to enjoy farm fresh potatoes and handcooked crisps while supporting local farmers.

 

How it Works

Every month, we send our members a supply of potatoes and crisps. We have two products on offer: Potato and Crisp boxes or Pick & Mix Crisp boxes.

Our potatoes and crisps are grown, harvested, and prepared at our family farm in Essex, then delivered to your front door.

 

What’s in the box?

Our potato and crisp box – One box will provide you with loose bakers, baby potatoes, chipping potatoes and roasting potatoes making up 26 servings of potatoes for meals overall. Plus because they are farm fresh, they will last you all month please store in a cool, dark place.

With this subscription box you can also select your favourite flavours of our hand cooked crisps, choose from any combination of our 8 flavours to suit your tastes – or to please the whole family!

How do I log in?

When you place an order with us there will be a link on your confirmation e-mail which will give you access to the members area of our website. You will then need to enter your e-mail and the password you created when you placed your order.

Yes, if you log into the members area via the link in your order confirmation e-mail you can view all your order details and will have the option to change your selected crisp flavours, cancel your order, change your address, or change your payment method.

When you click this button it will lead you through the order process as if you were placing the order for the first time. Select the new flavour combination and add to cart then check out as normal. No extra charge will be added.

Please note your new flavour selection must be changed before payment is taken for your next order. Your next payment date can be found in the members area.

If you would like to skip a month log into the members area via the link in your order confirmation e-mail and click ‘Cancel’ to cancel your next box order. When you would like to order your next box simply revisit the members area and click ‘reactivate’.
