TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The promoter is: Fairfields Farm Produce Ltd (company no. 8860351) whose registered office is at Fordham Road, Wormingford, Colchester CO6 3AQ

2. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Fairfield Farm Produce Ltd, Stokes, Tapp’d, Forest Feast and Maldon Salt, close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations, concerned properties or judging of the competition.

3. The competition will open at 5pm on Wednesday 3rd July and close at 11.59pm on Sunday 14th July 2024.

4. Entry is via webform and/ or Instagram post, for the duration of the competition. Instagram page: @fairfieldsfarmcrisps

5. The prize is:

– Picnic basket: includes 2 x plates, knives, folks, spoons and cups

– 2 x Fairfields Farm crisps: 150g Lightly Sea Salted and Prawn Cocktail Flavour

– 6 x Stokes sauces: 210g Cocktail Sauce, 315g Hot & Spicy Sauce, 300g Tomato Ketchup, 315g Original BBQ Sauce, 325g Sweet & Sticky BBQ Sauce, 300g Korean BBQ Sauce

– 5 x Maldon Salt goodies: 100g Garlic Sea Salt, 100g Chilli Sea Salt, 125g Smoked Sea Salt, 250g Sea Salt Flakes, box of 2 Sea Salt Flake Pinch Tin

6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

7. Only one entry via webform and one entry via our Instagram competition post will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. Winners will be chosen at random from all unique entries received and verified by the promoter.

11. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. The promoter will notify the winner of delivery date, no later than 14 days after the receipt of delivery details.

13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
